Greater Miami Chapter is one of 274 chapters of The Links, Incorporated, a public service, non-partisan volunteer organization. Comprised of more than 12,000 professional women of color throughout the United States and the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, with backgrounds in business, government, media, academia, philanthropy and the arts, the local chapter has been providing service to women, youth and the elderly in the Greater Miami community since 1955.

On Saturday, April 21, 2012, Greater Miami Chapter will present New York Times bestselling author, Terry McMillan, at our 2012 Book and Author Luncheon. Ms. McMillan, in her own inimitable style, will share her latest work, Getting To Happy, the introspective and engaging sequel to her infamous and wildly popular 1992 novel, Waiting to Exhale. This event promises to be entertaining, stimulating and memorable.
