The National Trends and Services facet is committed to promoting academic achievement, economic independence, political empowerment and healthy lifestyles to those individuals who need our support so they can become full participants in the growth of our communities and in our nation. To influence the course of life in the African American communities in the United States is the measure of “true linkdom”.

• Links for the Cure- Educate a Congregation, Save a Woman’s Life. A breast health awareness campaign
• Walking Fete Health Initiative and Health Fair
• Bone Marrow Transplant
• Links Go Red Annual Healthy Heart Seminar
• The “Coming Home” Project in partnership with the Veterans Administration
• Expansion of our partnership with the Komen Foundation for breast health awareness to civic and community organizations
